Amado was 2010 Region 16 Unanimous Western Pleasure Champion and 2008 Region 12 Reserve Champion Two-Year-Old Colt. He is full brother to Top 10 Futurity Breeding Mare, Paloma De Jamaal.
His pedigree speaks for itself as his sire, Soho Carol, was 2004, 2005 and 2006 Top Ten Sire of all U.S. National Halter Winners. His grandsire, Ali Jamaal, was 1990 U.S. National Champion Stallion and sire to 378 foals.
Amado is Sweepstakes and U.S. & Canadian futurities nominated. He has sired two 2009 colts, Amadeus De Jamaal and Raphael De Jamaal.
He is currently in training at Colonial Wood Training Center with Western Pleasure Trainer Josh Quintus.
